Is Jesus the Son of God?

John 20:31

But these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that by believing you may have life in his name.

John the baptist gave this testimony: "I saw the Spirit come down from heaven as a dove and remain on him. I would not have known him, except that the one who sent me to baptize with water told me, 'The man on whom you see the Spirit come down and remain is he who will baptize with the Holy Spirit.' I have seen and I testify that this is the Son of God

Then Nathanael declared, "Rabbi, you are the Son of God; you are the King of Israel."

After fasting forty days and forty nights, he was hungry. The devil came to him and said, "If you are the Son of God, tell these stones to become bread." Jesus answered, "It is written: 'Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.

Two demon-possessed men coming from the tombs met him. They were so violent that no one could pass that way. "What do you want with us, Son of God?" they shouted.

Whenever the evil spirits saw him, they fell down before him and cried out, "You are the Son of God."But he gave them strict orders not to tell who he was.

Jesus laying his hands on sick, he healed them. Moreover, demons came out of many people, shouting, "You are the Son of God!" But he rebuked them and would not allow them to speak, because they knew he was the Christ

The Jews insisted, "We have a law, and according to that law he must die, because he claimed to be the Son of God."

Matthew 24:5

For many will come in my name, claiming, 'I am the Christ, 24:5 Or Messiah; also in verse 23 ' and will deceive many.

If anyone acknowledges that Jesus is the Son of God, God lives in him and he in God.
